1. User Account

1. You are not allowed to register or use your account through proxies, VPNs, hide my "ass," LAN Groups, internet cafes, etc.


2. You are not allowed to create or use multiple accounts, use fake information, or share payment processors between them and other members.


3. You are not allowed to log in with more than one account on the same computer or IP address. This includes family, friends, co-workers, and using your account on public computers.


4. You are not allowed to use any VPS/Proxy server to access or use this website. We expect you to use this website from your personal device, using your real IP address. If you use a VPS/Proxy Server, your payout request will be rejected, and your account will be suspended.


5. Any attempts to overload our server will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.


6. If you bring any kind of prejudice to our website, its owner, or the staff team directly or indirectly, it will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.

2. Referrals

1. You are allowed to refer an unlimited number of members.


2. We do not allow the use of services that sell referrals. Our staff will verify, and if your account is suspected of breaking this rule, it will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.


3. You agree not to be compensated by the loss of any referrals referred by inactivity which may be either deleted or suspended by inactivity.


4. You are never allowed to change your upline, which will remain private.

3. Anticheat & Account Suspension

1. You should know that each time you do something fraudulent or suspicious, our system will log it.


2. You should know that if you try to hack, perform SQL injection, XSS passthrough, or any other malicious activity, it will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.


3. You must not interfere with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.


4. We reserve the right to suspend your account for any valid reason from our Terms of Service or related to it.


5. If your account is suspended for any reason, you cannot ask for a refund, and your account will be wiped (stats, referrals).


6. You may not create or use any type of emulator or program to automate the process of clicking.

4. Liability

1. We won't be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to us and therefore beyond our control.


2. We won't be held responsible for any users, advertisers, or advertisements, including every third-party company we depend on.


3. We are not responsible for any tax payment for the amounts you receive from us. It is your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay taxes in your country.


4. Upon request, we can suspend your account if you do not agree with our terms, and your account will be suspended.


5. We are not responsible for the investments you make.


6. We are not responsible for the activity of Direct, Rented Referrals, and by buying or renting them, you are fully aware of that.


7. We have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members. We will send out a notice to all of our members regarding the new terms and/or terms that have changed.
